I submitted my resume through jobstreet and after 1 to 2 weeks, they contacted me through call, sms and email. They invited me for an interview.
The email they sent to me includes all the details of the interview which are the documents needed (e.g Resume, portfolio and ID’s), time, location and some instructions.
They also told me to print a copy of the invitation they sent which will be presented on the driver/dispatcher of Okada Employee Bus Shuttle located infront of Pet Express, Mall of Asia (MOA).
(You can ride an uber or grab directly to okada manila if you want, but it is too expensive for me so I prefer to have a free ride to their company bus shuttle.)
The interview starts at 8 am. I arrived at exactly 7:15 am. I am from Antipolo City so I leave my house at around 4 am in order for me to avoid traffic.
Upon entering the employee entrance, you need to present 1 valid Id on their security.
We waited on the security lobby. The HR collected our resume and called our names one by one for initial interview.
The initial interview was easy. They will just ask about the details on your resume and your background experiences.
After initial interview, the next step is an interview with the HR Manager. This is also quite easy but you need to speak english throughout the interview because the HR manager is a foreigner (I dont know if he is a japanese or chinese) . Make sure that you will deliver your thoughts and ideas clearly.
And the last interview is with the Department Head of the unit where you will be assigned. This is also easy but make sure you made a research on the position you are applying because they will ask you something about it. Just convince them that you have the qualities and experiences that will make you fit for the position. They will also ask you some situational questions.
On my experience, they don’t tell us on the spot the result of the hiring since the position we are applying is related to cash handling. They will first conduct a background and credit investigation.October 18, 2019 at 7:39 AM #20718John SantosGuest
