The main difference between this two types of mixture is the distribution of substances/elements. In Homogeneous mixture particles are equally distributed, for instance “MILK”. This is a mixture of water and another substance. On the other hand, heterogeneous mixture is the opposite of homogeneous. The particles are not well-distributed. For example, the mixture of stone and sand.
