If you’re a fan of Vice Ganda, you have probably heard him mention his favorite English teacher in high school. In fact, he has invited her to be part of the Showtime’s audience several times.
His favorite English teacher in FEU, who has greatly influenced him, is Dr. Milagros Dr. Cañares. As a class adviser of Vice Ganda, she acknowledged the unkabogable star as a “brilliant student”. Maybe, she had foreseen the star’s success with his wit and confidence.
Vice Ganda, on the other hand, stated that “she has a vital role in my life, and in my success”.
The star praised her teacher by saying,
“She encouraged me to be the greatest. When I was young, she was telling me na mahusay ka ngayon. Pero may ihuhusay ka pa. Kung saan nako napunta, pero hindi ko siya nakalimutan.”
