    Imagine complaining how we haven’t started doing exercises yet since lockdown. But, planking is literally waving to us everyday! ?

    Most common excuse: No Time to Workout

    Familiar? While most of us feel like 20 minutes of exercise is too much, planking can literally be done within a minute.

    So what if it’s not the ideal 20 minute HIIT? As long as we started something, that’s enough.

    1 minute is better than nothing ?
