How to build your confidence

There are really a lot of proven ways to build your confidence. If you search it on the internet, you can read tons of suggestions. These ranges from physical to mental development.

I agree with it, your physical appearance and the way you think are the main factors to boost your confidence. However, we forget the most important factor and that is to know our real self.

Understanding yourself , having a definite meaning of who you are and strong faith to God are the primary catalyst in building your confidence.

1. Understanding yourself

The reason why we always feel uncertain in doing different things is because we don’t know ourselves. As Aristotle once said “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”  If we know our weaknesses and strengthens, we know where we can excel and where we belong.

2. Having a definite meaning of who you are

Your definition on how your life should be spent lies on your hand. Your definition of your self reflects your principles in life. If you define yourself as someone that does not below to a shallow group of people then do so. You define what you want to be.

3.  Having a strong faith to GOD

This is 100% true. No other solution can beat this. You can really have a strong confidence if you have a strong faith to your GOD.  If you believe that you are one of the perfect creations of GOD, then this brings you so much confidence. If you believe that you wont be hurt and you won’t be in any trouble because GOD is always there for you, then you won’t feel bad about your life.
