Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, many businesses decided to stop their operations. Most of them declared bankruptcy and officially announced their closure. This event lead to reopening of many business locations that have good potentials when everything goes back to normal.

1.  A good location is near PUV terminals

Believe me or not, when you find a place near terminals, that will really pay off. You may not feel the effect of that now. But, if everything goes back to normal, you’ll see the difference.

These are food, loading, Bayad  centers, lotto outlet, printing and photocopy shops.

2. A good location must have big schools around.

You can see that many businesses outside the schools have decided to leave their place. Find a chance that you can get one if you feel that normal setup will be backed.

3. A good location must be near Train stations or Shopping malls

Look at the business outside the train stations today, most of them are gone. They think that less people are working and travelling now.  Don’t miss the chance. This pandemic is just temporary. Also, Christmas is near. You could expect that many are still planning to go to mall. Find one before it’s too late.
