Must-Watch Anime: Recommendations

Hunter X Hunter

I can’t remember how many anime shows I’ve watched but Hunter X Hunter will always have a special place in my heart. It’s one of my top favorites! Every time someone asks me for a recommendation, I never forget to bring up Hunter X Hunter. That shows how special and good anime it is. The plot? Oh gosh! It is so sick. I mean it’s a compliment in a very good way. Even the characters are very charming and have a unique appeal that solely belongs to them which give a strong impression and catch attention from its viewers.

Furthermore, it is perfect for people who love fantasy, adventures and thrills. Even though the said anime has been on hiatus for a long time, there are still otakus out there who are waiting for its comeback and so am I. The manga is still going on and I think it’s at least 300+ chapters already while the anime is 146 episodes. It is also divided into two animation, one from the year 1990 and 2011. So, I suggest that if you want to watch it you must buckle up yourself because it will be a long ride of emotions. Gosh! I tell you! If you haven’t watched it yet then you are missing half of your life!

No Game No Life

This anime is one of the most memorable one for me. The story revolves around the journey of the two siblings named, Shiro and Sora who are both geniuses and shut in. They are known as “blank” and have never been lost to anyone except to each other when it comes to game. The plot goes when Shiro and Sora were teleported by God to a completely different world it supervised. A world where everything is settled through a game that abides the 10 rules. They embark on their adventures with the goal of conquering everything.

Honestly, I have watched this anime multiple times yet I still can’t get over it. No matter how many times I’ve seen it. I will always get this particular chills, excitement and thrills whenever I watch No Game No Life. Even just remembering it can already stir my emotions. This genre contains facts and knowledge that you can learn. It is truly another remarkable fantasy anime I strongly recommend to everyone. Trust me! You will become addicted to it!

Akame Ga Kill

I am already warning you now! If you are not fond of killings and gore stuff then I suggest you better not watch Akame Ga Kill. However, if you think you are fine and can handle such stuff then you must better watch it!

Akame Ga Kill is a bloody anime. As you can see from its title you can already imagine how many killings it includes. Take note! Every chapter has and it only got worse as it goes by. To give you an overview, it is about an organization known as “Night Raid” who fights against the corruption of the empire. Each of the members of the said group have different equipment that possess strong and unique features’ that chooses its owner. To be able to acquire the weapon you must have 100% compatibility to it.

The anime will make you cry from frustration and sadness multiple times. I honestly even think of dropping it because of how it made me feel but in the end I was able to finish it. The plot is unpredictable and written so well! I have never watched an anime who caught me unguarded, only Akame Ga Kill.
