Somebody asked me of the differences of the two. She said she’s looking for a job when she found two job posts with different positions.

She thought they’re the same but the salary is way different from each other.

What exactly is the difference of the two?

Online lecturers are most often considered as educators or teachers for live sessions. Most of the time, the students level may vary.

Video lecturers are usually asked to produce recorded sessions. There’s a target market or audience, and lessons are created based on specific guidelines.

Online lecturers adjust teaching techniques when a student is met but video lecturers are expected to use a direct method. They don’t meet their students as well.

So the next time you apply for a job, pay attention if it’s for an online or video lecturer.

Better yet, try reading the job description and qualifications thoroughly. ??

Depende sa personality talaga yan! May teachers na mas confident kapag online sila gumagawa at walang nanunuod sa kanila. Minsan naman may teachers na mas gusto or mas confident sa live sessions.
