I did two orders today pero not via FoodPanda or GrabFood. I did them via Marketplace and FB friend referral. (Pls let us do this once a week to help small business owners.)

In all fairness, both are EXCELLENT pagdating sa product! In terms of quality, the taste was beyond expectations. Fair pricing too.

Pero may napansin lang akong dalawang klase ng online seller. The other one was the aggressive yet kulang details. The other was the passive or calm type. I’d go for the latter.

The aggressive one, and alam ko maraming ganito, was very eager sa pagbenta and pag complete ng order. Although, nung na meet na yung sale, dun na nireveal yung ibang details such as delivery fee & not so flexible payment mode.

The passive one may not look so eager but all expectations were met. Sinabi na yung possible price ng delivery fee, yung timeframe, and you get to choose your MOP. Just wow.

As I said, kahit na parehas okay quality, there’s a HUGE chance na umorder ako sa passive ulit. More than the negotiation skills, it’s better if we work on how smooth the transaction is.

Pag ganito, yung credibility ng seller yung nakukuha.

While being aggressive is sometimes good, it can lead to disappointment pag kulang or not reliable yung info.

    Just sharing ☑️

You are right! I also prefer the passive one 🙂

Ang babalikan mo naman talaga is yung may quality. Kahit pa 99 pesos yung product, pero wala kang benefit, hindi ka talaga babalik dun. Mas okay pa din talaga yung nami maintain po yung experience more than anything else.
